Congrats dear boy. I remember my enjoyable conversations with ol' Trevor well. Clearly we need to meet soon and engage in some higly intellectual banter and repartee. Over sherry, at the boat club, perhaps.
Please tell me thats a different Trevor from the one that worked at reprographics? Just had a weird flashback- once while doing some photocopying there, I am sure that Trevor was singing along to Maneater by Hall and Oates, with no shame.
Yes Munch, it is a different Trevor. Trevor from graphics was the baldy RightSaidFred-a-like who went to sign language with me and Claire H. I can well imagine him singing Maneater. And this may be a figment of my imagination but I think I can remember him singing that too. He was a sound fella. And if memory serves he also had an amusing story about Naz.
I've never met Trevor Gorringe. But he did once tell me that contrary to popular belief, something does rhyme with 'orange'. I wish I could remember what it was.....

hoorah... congrakulations Dr. Tombola!
Haha, cheers Sir! You shall make a fine Akademic!
This is all rather self congrakulatory isn't it.
I look forward to the mailbox feature.
It probably won't really be a regular feature. I was thinking of an "Alan's Big Pocket" type thing. Guess it depends what turns up in my Inbox really.
Congraks indeed. Who is this Trevor, and can he get PhDs for everyone?

I have two suggestions:
1. syringe
2. lozenge
are you convinced by either?
Trevor was an hall and oates fan.
